General Bid Information And Required Documents

The information contained on this site is for current DFJV (Prime) and California High-Speed Rail Authority (Owner) contracting opportunities on Construction Package 2-3. The tentative bid schedule is updated as new packages are added. All bidders must review the BIDDING INSTRUCTION BOOK - CHSR CP 2-3 found at the link below. Bidder shall complete acknowledgement forms (pages 40-56) and submit with their proposal. Specific bid packages are found in the Current Contract Opportunities section. DFJV welcomes proposals from all qualified business and encourages broad participation in this solicitation. While all firms are eligible to compete, DFJV also encourages involvement of Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and Disabled Veteran Businesses Enterprises (DVBE). Firms may submit proposals as a prime subcontractor or include certified small-business subcontractors as part of their team. Those proposing SBE participation should provide current certification documentation and a plan indicating the anticipated percentage of work to be performed by SBEs/DVBEs. DFJV goal for this solicitation is 40% SBE participation inclusive of 5% DVBE participation.
